Most often we’ll remove games from both EA Play and EA Play Pro at the same time, but on some occasions a game will stay available for Pro. Games will also come in and out of EA Play as part of our evolving service. You can also check out what games are available by platform on ea.com. We’re always working on adding more and new games to The Play List, so stay tuned for more.
That’s for a few different reasons: games sometimes vary by platform, and different countries have different rules about what games can be sold or made available.

Why are some games not available in The Play List?ĭepending on what platform you’re using to access The Play List (EA Desktop, Origin, or Steam on PC PlayStation and Xbox on console) and where you’re located, you may notice differences in game availability.
Click on the game tile in your Game Library. Click on the … (three dots) in the top right corner of the game tile. If you buy the base game or join EA Play again later, you’ll be able to see your DLC again. That means your DLC is still on your account, it’s just hidden. I bought DLC for a PC game I was playing from The Play List, but I canceled my membership and now my DLC is missingĭon’t worry, it isn’t gone! You’ll only see your base games, and not any DLC or expansions, in your EA Desktop Collection or Origin Game Library. If you use EA Desktop and cancel your membership, any game you’ve downloaded from The Play List will disappear from your Collection. If you get EA Play again, you can add the game back whenever you want. Want to remove a game from your Library? All you have to do is right-click on the game tile and choose Remove from library. Why are the games still showing in my Origin Game Library after I’ve canceled my membership? The Add to Cart button also shows your discount price. If it is, you’ll see Save 10% EA Play Discount Applied alongside a strikethrough of the item’s regular price. Go to the item or content you’re purchasing and check its details to see if it’s eligible. Why can’t I play on Mac?ĮA Play for PC and the games on The Play List are only available on PC. Check them out to see if what we’ve got helps you. We’ve got answers and workarounds to help with some common EA Play questions. To prevent that from happening, make sure to fully quit the game when you’re not playing it to preserve your trial time. If you leave an early trial open and running in the background on your PC or console, time keeps counting down.
